About You

You are a proactive, customer-focused professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and are motivated to provide the best possible customer experience. You are autonomous and have previously navigated ambiguity and turned it into outcomes.

Mortgage experience is a must: You have a strong understanding of mortgage and SaaS, and can easily build relationships with clients and internal teams.

You Will

  • Help us define success for our Mortgage product - including creating scalable templates & recording customer case studies
  • Develop strategy, reporting, and roadmap for how we support & expand our Mortgage customers
  • Communicate flawlessly across single loan officers and large banks
  • Proactively drive adoption, net retention, and expansion revenue
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Team to create an amazing, personalized onboarding experience
  • Go above and beyond to provide a best-in-class training, strategy, and upgrade suggestions to drive customer success
  • Develop relationships with clients and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategize with clients to meet their evolving needs
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials, case studies, or referrals that can be used to demonstrate our value and attract new clients
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer success

You Have

  • Previously operated in, or served, the Mortgage industry
  • A proven track record in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
