About You

  • You are a proactive, customer-focused professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and are motivated to provide the best possible customer experience.

Real estate experience is a must: You have a strong understanding of real estate and SaaS, and can easily build relationships with clients and internal teams.

You Will

  • Proactively drive adoption, net retention, and expansion revenue
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Team to create an amazing, personalized onboarding experience
  • Go above and beyond to provide a best-in-class training, strategy, and upgrade suggestions to drive customer success
  • Develop relationships with clients and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategize with clients to meet their evolving needs
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials, case studies, or referrals that can be used to demonstrate our value and attract new clients
  • Collaborate with Product teams to share customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer success

You Have

  • A proven track record in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
