About The Role
Manage the complete end-to-end payroll processing cycle for a growing number of entities within the organisation.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, wages, superannuation, and other deductions in compliance with relevant legislation and complex Enterprise Agreements.
Utilise your expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to manage payroll processes and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate effectively with the Finance team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
Participate in non-payroll related activities during off-cycle weeks, contributing to broader team objectives.
Report directly to a supportive and accessible leader within a flat team hierarchy.

About You
Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processing, ideally within organisations with complex Enterprise Agreements.
Essential deep expertise and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
A proactive and engaged mindset, eager to contribute beyond core payroll duties during non-pay weeks.
