Plumber Marketing USA is a digital marketing agency and our services include PPC, SEO, and Web Development. Client Success Managers should be able to learn and answer clients' updates regarding the services they opt for and must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends.

Digital Marketing Client Success Manager supports our PPC and SEO teams in account management. Their duties involve monitoring client PPC and SEO campaigns to ensure optimal performance. They also handle client communication, including making calls to collect information, answer questions, address queries, and provide reports and statistics to support client discussions over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Client support - regularly communicate with the client for updates
  • Answer incoming clients calls
  • PPC and SEO Reporting
  • Monitor client SEO and PPC account stats
  • Make recommendations to PPC or SEO team on changes needed
  • Update client communication history in ClickUp
  • Willingness to learn

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Texas Based
  • Proven Customer Support Experience - 3 years minimum
  • Proven PPC experience - 3 years minimum
  • Proven Digital Marketing Experience - 2 years minimum
  • Experience with ClickUp
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Client handling skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Organized and a Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule

8am to 5pm Central Time

8 hours shift - Monday to Friday
