Digital Marketing Client Success Manager supports our PPC and SEO teams in account management. Their duties involve monitoring client PPC and SEO campaigns to ensure optimal performance. They also handle client communication, including making calls to collect information, answer questions, address queries, and provide reports and statistics to support client discussions over the phone.
Responsibilities
Client support - regularly communicate with the client for updates
Answer incoming clients calls
PPC and SEO Reporting
Monitor client SEO and PPC account stats
Make recommendations to PPC or SEO team on changes needed
Update client communication history in ClickUp

Requirements
Texas Based
Proven Customer Support Experience - 3 years minimum
Proven PPC experience - 3 years minimum
Proven Digital Marketing Experience - 2 years minimum
