Job description

Position Type: Full Time

Work Hours 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)




About the Role

We are hiring a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations related to patient coordination, staff scheduling, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to multitask effectively while working remotely.



Top 3 Priorities

  1. Patient System Management – Appointment scheduling, reminders, and record handling.
  2. Weekly Staff Meetings – Support in preparation and coordination.
  3. Inventory Management – Weekly tracking and ordering.

Basic requirements

  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly

  • Be able to submit an NBI clearance or Local Police Clearance background check if requested
  • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on
  • Must have no other clients during required work hours

  • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
  • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
