The Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
We're hiring an English Copywriter for a one-year project (with the possibility of renewal) who can work remotely and deliver high-quality long-form and short-form content—including video scripts, social media posts, website copy, digital ads, print materials, and other collateral—in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Write interesting, insightful, and error-free social/digital content, captions, and advertising copy
- Review, edit, and rewrite messages as required by clients and team members
- Identify key client messages and develop effective ways to convey them
- Conduct industry-specific research to add value to all communication materials
- Collaborate effectively with creative and account teams
- Craft well-written long-form and short-form copy, including video scripts, social media posts, website content, digital advertising, print ads, and marketing collateral
- Apply a creative and inquisitive mindset to simplify and strengthen messaging
- Demonstrate excellent grammar, communication, writing, and editing skills
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all written deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in creative copywriting
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
- Collaborative team player who also can work independently, take initiative, and set priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Has a creative and inquisitive mind, that always looks for the simplest and most effective way to say something.
- Excellent grammar, communication, writing and editing skills
