We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Web Optimization Specialist. This role is responsible for maximizing our website's performance, visibility, and conversion rates through data-driven optimization strategies. This hands-on role focuses on implementing SEO best practices, monitoring website performance metrics, and managing technical integrations to ensure our digital presence delivers optimal results for both users and business objectives
Key Responsibilities
Website Performance
Migrate existing website content to a newly selected platform (directional input valued)
Work with content creators to update existing copy to incorporate best practices for SEO and optimization
Lead comprehensive website monitoring, utilizing analytics tools to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Implement and maintain website performance testing protocols to ensure optimal page load speeds and UX
Develop and execute strategies to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven optimizations
Monitor website uptime and address technical issues promptly
SEO Strategy & Implementation
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
Conduct regular keyword research and competitive analysis to identify optimization opportunities
Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search engine rankings
Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly
Provide regular reporting on SEO performance metrics and recommendations for continuous improvement
Integration
Oversee the integration of third-party tools and platforms with the website architecture
Manage API connections and ensure seamless data flow between systems
Coordinate with development teams to implement tracking codes, pixels, and other marketing technologies
Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to minimize disruption
Conversion Rate Optimization

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in SEO, digital performance, web analytics, or related digital optimization roles
Proven track record of improving website performance metrics and SEO rankings
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from performance data
Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related technical field
SEO certifications (Google, Moz, SEMrush, etc.)
