Job description

Responsibilities

Classification: Non-Exempt / Non-Bargaining

Relies on experience and judgement to accomplish tasks.
Analyzes and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customer needs.
Relies on working knowledge of PeopleSoft Inventory and Purchasing modules to perform specific tasks related to inventory transactions.
Candidate will work under direction from management, but also must be self-directed to maintain transactional requirements of distribution inventory.
Enter material requisitions in PeopleSoft including correct coding and knowledge of the workflow approval process.
Process PeopleSoft receipts against Purchase Orders for shipments.
Enter MSR's (Material Stock Requests) into PeopleSoft and must understand issuing product from inventory and the replenishment process.
Perform annual Cycle Counting of inventory.
Maintains accurate records of inventory metrics.
Maintains Match Exception Process and work with Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing to clear receipt exceptions.

Qualifications

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $47,353 – $71,774
