Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Portfolio Officer who will join a long-term project for our client, a leading global company in the pharmaceutical industry, working on a major business transformation program.

What you will do

Support the PMO team in delivering a project wave within a strategic transformation program.
Ensure project management practices align with program goals, timelines, and governance requirements.
Coordinate activities related to system architecture, integration, and remediation in the context of SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
Identify risks and provide technical and process support to ensure timely system readiness.
Collaborate closely with teams responsible for Partner System Readiness across a global landscape.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).
