About the RoleThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving PSI’s business growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective clients, conducting outbound prospecting, and supporting the sales pipeline to accelerate revenue growth. The SDR collaborates closely with the sales, marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) teams to execute strategic outreach initiatives, ensuring seamless lead generation and nurturing.
As part of the Commercial team, this role reports to the Account Based Marketing Lead and requires a proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible working options, though core availability during Monday-Friday office hours is required. Occasional travel may be necessary for industry events and client meetings.
