Position: Independent Sales Representative

Location: Remote (Based in Italy)

Are you a seasoned sales or marketing professional with experience in the Hospitality or Catering sector? This may include roles such as sales representatives, marketers, entrepreneurs, business owners, or advisors. Do you have a network of entrepreneurs or decision-makers at restaurants, bars, B&Bs, hotels, leisure parks, event venues, and other similar establishments? Do you dream of having the freedom to control your career, set your own hours and revenues? Lastly, are you currently based in Italy?

Responsibilities:

SYMBIO representatives are problem solvers who offer innovative and tailored sales solutions to clients and customers. Through training provided by SYMBIO, you will gain a deep understanding of our business products, services, and value proposition.
As SYMBIO's brand ambassador, you are expected to always reflect our values. Here's what you will do:

Strike a balance between work and personal life.
Set your own goals to meet revenue expectations.
Focus on your customers and build lasting relationships with them.
Receive leads from SYMBIO.
Identify new business and sales opportunities proactively.
Manage contracts and maintain relationships with your customers.
Work with our marketing team to engage your customers more deeply.

What you need to succeed:

Formal qualifications are not necessary for this position. We value passion and professionalism over degrees and certificates. However, the ability to work independently is a must-have. Additionally, having a competitive spirit will help you grow your client base. Although experience in similar roles would be beneficial, it is not a requirement. We encourage everyone who meets the following criteria to apply:

Experienced sales or marketing professional in the Hospitality or Catering sector
Comfortable with remote work
Adept in using online tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and video call software like Zoom and Teams.
Fluent in written and spoken Italian. English is the working language at Symbio.
Based in Italy.

Requirements
