Job description

The Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Vendor Management will work to develop RealPage’s vendor ecosystem. The role will be accountable for working with a broad group of vendors to understand their business model, develop pricing proposals for integrations and negotiate/win commercial agreements. The role will be responsible for managing to specific targets including incremental revenue, pipeline management, timeliness of communication and other strategic objectives. This position will report to the SVP of Corporate Development

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the RPX team to understand RealPage’s APIs
  • Manage pipeline of vendor opportunities from new vendor introduction through renewal
  • Work closely with vendors to understand their business and unit economics
  • Structure commercial proposals that scale with the vendor
  • Negotiate agreements with vendors as needed to achieve economic targets
  • Progress multiple opportunities through the pipeline simultaneously
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally on necessary approvals
  • Adapt quickly to changing processes and vendor requirements
  • Handle escalations from vendors as they arise



Required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in partnership management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win relationships
  • Ability to understand and model unit economics
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to present to senior-level executives and handle objections
  • Confident communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results
