Role Overview


We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the U.S. to join our growing team remotely. 



Key Responsibilities


  • Execute the Sales Playbook and follow the defined sales process to ensure a consistent and effective sales journey.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects by clearly communicating our value proposition, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions from Optimum7’s service offerings.
  • Use a multichannel approach—LinkedIn, email, phone calls, Zoom, and other platforms—to initiate and maintain engagement with potential clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product updates to sharpen your outreach strategy and messaging.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, performance metrics, and progress against sales targets to the Sales Management team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to launch and support lead generation campaigns that align with overall sales goals.
  • Create and send customized proposals aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines, and manage follow-ups to ensure timely feedback.
  • Manage and grow your own sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and tracking opportunities to close deals successfully.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in a SDR or similar role within a sales-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales/CRM related tools.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working within an eCommerce agency.
  • Experience in digital marketing and web development service sales.
  • Experience following a Sales Playbook within your team/organization.
