Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate

We’re looking for a versatile and driven GTM Associate to support our go-to-market efforts across marketing, strategy, and business operations. This is a high-impact, early-career role for someone eager to fast-track their high-tech career and gain significant experience across key business functions. If you're a smart generalist who learns quickly and thrives in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support go-to-market strategy execution by collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to drive campaigns, programs, and experiments forward.
  • Research tools, platforms, and vendors across the marketing and sales tech stack, and help document and evaluate them for internal decision-making.
  • Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, then turn your findings into compelling presentations, visual assets, and storytelling materials for internal use, social media, and enablement.
  • Shadow and document marketing and sales workflows, define repeatable processes, and support onboarding and training with clear, actionable playbooks.

Run lightweight experiments across messaging, positioning, channels, or workflows to help us move faster and learn what works.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in growth, research, demand generation, sales development, or outbound strategy, or a relevant higher education degree.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, B2B, or working with technical audiences - major plus.
  • You’re tech-savvy and resourceful, quick to learn new tools, and comfortable figuring things out independently.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can clearly explain complex ideas and tailor your message to different audiences. 
  • You also have a strong visual sensibility and know how to present ideas clearly through decks, dashboards, or diagrams.
  • You’re detail-oriented and organized, with a bias toward action and the ability to move projects forward with minimal oversight.
  • Fluent English is a MUST.
