We are looking for an IT Warehouse Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our IT warehouse. This role focuses on managing, organizing, and distributing IT hardware and peripherals such as laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other technical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global corporate environment and must possess strong English communication skills, as they will coordinate closely with international IT teams and vendors.

In this position, you will:

  • Receive, review, and accurately log incoming IT assets and equipment
  • Prepare, pack, and ship IT devices and accessories to employees and offices across global locations
  • Support inventory tracking and lifecycle management using IT asset management (ITAM) systems
  • Maintain an organized, secure, and audit-ready warehouse environment
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and support IT hardware refresh and recovery processes

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling IT equipment or working in a technical warehouse environment
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
  • Experience working in a global or multinational company is required
  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems, ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and inventory databases
  • Comfortable lifting and moving IT hardware
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
