As an Associate Business Analyst (ROPS) on Team Periscope, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and driving operational improvements. You’ll conduct in-depth analyses, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and support innovation to enhance revenue outcomes. Under the guidance of senior team members, you'll help execute projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to strategic, measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement across revenue operations
  • Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to enable self-service reporting and enhance transparency
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports that communicate key insights and project outcomes
  • Track project outcomes and conduct post-implementation reviews to refine processes and improve results
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to refine processes and enhance results
  • Assess and improve business processes and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Contribute to long-term planning by identifying opportunities and risks across the business

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role with focus on analytical work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar database query languages
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly convey complex information
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or operations
  • Knowledge with system testing, validation, and UAT coordination
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Salary/ Wage Range

$23.50 - $39.50 / hour

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
• Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
