Job description

As an Administrative Assistant at Staff4Me, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, providing support to different departments, and helping to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Support various departments with their administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
