About our partner
On behalf of our partner Douglas, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19 European countries. We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e-commerce. With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).

What you'll be doing
We seek a skilled and forward-thinking Atlassian Cloud Administrator to lead our Atlassian ecosystem's configuration, administration, and strategic evolution. This role manages Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other key Atlassian Cloud products, including Atlassian Access, Opsgenie, Statuspage, Discovery, and Plans (Advanced Roadmaps).
The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with business insight to ensure Atlassian tools are scalable and aligned with organisational goals. You will be the subject matter expert for all Atlassian solutions, empowering teams to collaborate efficiently, automate workflows, and maintain operational excellence.

Platform Administration
  • Manage and configure Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.).

  • Oversee user access, permissions, and security settings across the organization.

Service Management & Support
  • Implement and optimise ITSM practices using Jira Service Management.

  • Develop self-service portals and knowledge bases to enhance user support.

Project & Workflow Configuration
  • Customise Jira workflows, boards, and fields to align with team processes.

  • Create dashboards and reports for operational insights.

Governance & Best Practices
  • Manage subscriptions and licensing for cost-efficiency.

  • Promote standardised practices and support the adoption of automation tools.


What you'll bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Atlassian administration (Cloud) with broad exposure to Jira, Confluence, and ITSM modules.
  • Solid understanding of Atlassian user management, automation, permissioning, and integration practices.
  • Experience with Azure AD integration, Atlassian Access, and centralised user provisioning.
  • Demonstrated experience with OpsgenieStatuspage, or Discovery in an operational context.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management, agile methodologies, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to translate business needs into system design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
