WOW! is currently hiring a Right of Entry (ROE) Support Specialist

Summary

The ROE Support Specialist is responsible for securing Right of Entry (ROE)/Consent/ Riser/ building access agreements with building/landowners and property management companies in support of new and renewal commercial and residential buildouts. An understanding of ROE’s/Consent/Riser agreements and processes, as they relate to telecommunications is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Securing and negotiating ROEs/Consent/Riser agreements in support of commercial network expansion in both commercial and residential MDU environments
  • Deliver ROEs within prescribed turnaround times
  • Work cross-functionally with internal WOW! teams including Construction, Project Management & Provisioning, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Sales.   
  • Negotiate fees, business terms and conditions for access into various commercial properties.
  • Drive relationships with key property owners/property management companies, Asset Managers and General Managers
  • Make recommendations to optimize processes and output
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies and standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year of related work experience or a combination of both education and experience.
  • Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and Word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Sales oriented - ability to navigate difficult situations and overcome for the better of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or negotiations at a given time.
  • General understanding of construction and implementation processes
  • Experience selling or supporting telecom products and services
  • Experience with securing Right of Entry/Consent Agreements
  • Experience in commercial real estate
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
