YOUR IMPACT 


Redwood Software is looking for a data-driven, process-focused, ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our marketing operations and analytics framework. Your work will be critical to ensuring our marketing strategies are data-informed, efficient, and aligned with our company goals.

Marketing Technologies

  • Expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach: understanding technical foundations to build, assess and review programs, workflows, segmentation to support marketing campaigns, sales handoff and analytics

  • Technology management and collaboration: partnering with the marketing team to ensure program execution is accurate, efficient and incorporates the variable necessary for tracking and attribution

Analytics

  • Drive insights through data: actively measuring program performance to find areas of opportunity for future campaigns, creating template reports for marketing owners to monitor engagement, bounces, unsubscribes, etc.

Optimization and Collaboration

  • Process optimization: Design, document, and streamline templates and processes for efficiency, working to continuously simplify systems, optimize workflows, and improve campaigns

  • Database management and data quality: Maintain data cleanliness and integrity across marketing platforms, ensuring high-quality data reporting (leads, segments, Salesforce campaigns, etc.).

  • Troubleshooting: ability to quickly find root causes and implement solutions

  • Testing: Experience with establishing structured tests and testing methodologies

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • 2-5+ years general B2B tech marketing experience

  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and key marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qlik, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Qualified, 6sense)

  • Marketo certification preferred

  • Solid understanding of MAP fundamentals, creating new campaigns, assets and managing the lead journey 

  • Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards across different regions

  • Track record of successfully building and optimizing processes across marketing programs

  • US Central or Eastern time zone is preferred.
