Job Title: Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) – Outpatient Therapist

Location: Bowie, Maryland 

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Impact as an LMFT:
  • Deliver outpatient therapy through a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent lens
  • Conduct initial assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Maryland Board standards
  • Participate in team consultation, peer supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities
  • Support diverse populations, including underserved and marginalized communities throughout Maryland

Requirements

  • Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required)
  • Experience in outpatient therapy or related settings (1+ years post-licensure preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to social justice, cultural responsiveness, and client empowerment
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and ability to work independently while staying connected with the tea
