Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Your Impact as an LMFT:

Requirements

Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required)
Experience in outpatient therapy or related settings (1+ years post-licensure preferred)
Strong interpersonal, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
Commitment to social justice, cultural responsiveness, and client empowerment
Comfort with telehealth platforms and ability to work independently while staying connected with the tea
