Job description

An exciting job role has recently become available at the East Sussex County Council. They are looking for a new member for their Hospital & D2A Team DischargeTeam.

These are close-knit team with extremely supportive and experienced managers, capped caseloads, and excellent learning and development opportunities. The ideal candidate for the Social Work role will have several years experience in a relevant teams. You will have experience undertaking assessments and ensuring timely discharges.

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
