Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Manage and maintain timely documentation within a HIPAA-compliant EHR system
Engage in regular clinical consultation and peer collaboration via virtual team meetings
Maintain ethical and culturally responsive care across a diverse caseload
Focus on therapy—our support staff handles scheduling, billing, and tech assistance

Requirements

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed to practice independently in California
Experienced or comfortable providing therapy virtually with strong communication and telehealth etiquette
Passionate about increasing access to mental health services in underserved or remote communities
Grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally inclusive care practices
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while staying connected with a team
