Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.
