Key responsibilities:

  • Aligning HR strategy with business goals and managing all HR-related queries and tasks.
  • Coaching leaders and supporting managers to enable teams to perform at their best.
  • Owning the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, growth, and performance management.
  • Acting as the guardian of company culture and ensuring alignment with organizational values.
