• Aligning HR strategy with business goals like a boss 📈
• Responsible for managing ALL HR-related queries and tasks 👥
• Navigating Bulgarian and UK Labour & Employment Law, HR policies, compliance, and best practices with confidence 📋
• Coaching leaders, supporting managers, and enabling teams to do their best work 🤝
• Owning the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, growth, performance, and beyond 🌱
• Acting as the guardian of our culture and the voice of our values 🎙️
• Bringing data, insight, and heart to every decision 💡❤️

💪 You bring:

• A minimum of 8 years of HRBP experience (preferably in startups or scale-ups)
• Deep understanding of Bulgarian and UK Labour & Employment Law and people operations
• Strategic thinking with a bias for action — you don’t just advise, you drive
• A collaborative spirit, high EQ, and a passion for making workplaces better every day
