Must have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and experience implementing change management strategies.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
Travel: Up to 10% of time domestically
The Job
World Vision is looking for a Strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to come alongside our Marketing Division and ensure the business is equipped for success. This exciting Human Resources role will support the programmatic work happening in countries around the role in their role as a trusted and essential partner.
S/he will serve as the Human Resources lead and an advisor to the senior leadership within the Marketing Division. The Sr. HRBP will translate Marketing’s business priorities into an effective people agenda that supports the ministry. S/he will represent the interests of assigned client group to HR centers of excellence and consult with assigned clients to ensure programs and approaches meet organization needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Faith-Based Leader

Strategic and Trusted Advisor to Client Group
- Partner with division SVP and their respective leadership team to develop and execute division level talent strategies that foster growth, drive results, and increase organizational effectiveness.
- Use understanding of business priorities, anticipated changes, and translate into and end-to-end application of HR solutions to provide workforce solutions, coaching, and consulting to executive leadership.
- Partner in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic workforce planning approach, proactively creating and integrating end-to-end talent strategies within the workforce that accelerate team health and productivity.
- Diagnose issues, using data and insights to develop long-term solutions and influence outcomes.
- Responsible for liaising and partnering with HR centers of excellence to deliver high-quality, effective, long-term solutions and programs.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (eight years).
- In addition to education or education equivalent, requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, or a combination of Human Resources and business operations experience, with a strong track record of strategic HR consulting in support of business objectives.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and experience implementing employee and change management strategies.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Additional Skills We Are Interested In:
- Previous International Development experience or experience within a humanitarian organization a plus.
- Previous NGO experience strongly recommended.
- Previous marketing experience or exposure to marketing as a field.
- Additional languages a plus.
Salary Range & Benefits:
- WVUS Pay Grade Level: 227
- The estimated hiring range is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually.
- The earning capabilities for this position is $90,187.62 - $145,905.62.
- This range applies to locations with a market similar to our Washington D.C. and Seattle-area office. A different range may apply based on your work location.
- Job offers are based on relevant qualifications and pay equity.
