As a Solution Engineer, you'll work closely with our pre and post-sales teams to win customers and make them successful with AI. Your mission is to embed deeply with our prospects from first touch, through proof of concepts, into production and beyond. You will become an expert on our enterprise customers: understanding their objectives, guiding them on how to successfully deploy Weaviate to deliver business value and using your learnings to inform our product evolution.
This role requires a curious and analytical approach, a sharp intuition for our product, and a strong degree of user insight to empower our customers to transform the way they operate through AI. Your technical expertise and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences will be key to driving customer success and ensuring the continued evolution of our product.
