INVESTOR RELATIONS
At its most fundamental level, the Investor Relations team exists to ensure the financial sustainability of New Profit, by managing the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of philanthropic investors within the New Profit community. We build and maintain partnerships with New Profit's individual, corporate, and foundation supporters and are proud to identify and create a network of engaged philanthropists who add meaningful contribution to – and, in return, benefit from - New Profit’s broader community of social entrepreneurs, policymakers, and thought leaders. We use New Profit’s platform to identify and work with investors who are motivated by the practice of equitable grantmaking, with an emphasis on building relationships across lines of difference in service of New Profit's multiracial, intergenerational, cross-sector coalition (The MIC™).
New Profit is looking for a thoughtful, organized, and collaborative individual to join our Investor Relations team and support our annual individual giving goals. If you're the kind of person who loves connecting dots, diving into research rabbit holes, and uncovering stories behind people and their giving, this role offers a front-row seat to high-impact philanthropy in action.
