Schedule: Flexible during client business hours (Sydney, AU)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Remote position working with a team based in Sydney and Hong Kong.
Initial focus on CRM optimization and data management.
Opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities over time.
Reports directly to founding team members.
No direct sales responsibilities initially.
Configure and optimize the Monday.com CRM system (or evaluate and implement alternative solutions).
Clean and organize existing investor and prospect data, including segmenting client categories (investors, financial advisors, referrals).
Build and maintain automated workflows for client communications and follow-ups.
Create and manage reminder systems for prospect/investor interactions.
Support the formatting and distribution of monthly marketing updates and other marketing materials.
Maintain accurate records of client and prospect interactions.
Generate reports and insights from CRM data.
Manage and support email campaigns and communications.
Assist with organizing referral tracking and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Extensive CRM experience (Monday.com preferred).
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Canva.
Strong technical skills in workflow automation and CRM configuration.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience with email marketing automation tools.
High attention to detail and strong data management capabilities.
Solid understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Professional demeanor suited for the financial services sector.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
