Talent Acquisition Manager at BairesDev


We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find and connect with top-tier professionals whose skills and values align with ours.


In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with different teams to understand the technical and cultural needs of each project. You’ll also help shape the strategy we use to identify, engage, and attract great candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. It’s a key position that directly impacts our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients.


What You’ll Do:


- Work with hiring teams to fully understand their needs and expectations for each role.

- Classify and evaluate candidates based on test results and interview feedback.

- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and project stakeholders.

- Define and manage our talent sourcing strategy, with a focus on

- LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.


What we are looking for:


- 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.

- 1+ years of experience in managing teams.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

- Strong headhunting skills within the IT industry.

- Advanced English Level.
