Job description

We are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive growth in one of our Business streams - Global Transfers.


Global Transfers Group — an ambitious early-stage international B2B provider and platform

for ground transportation services, on a mission to revolutionize the industry and become the #1 global player. We work with travel agencies, tour operators, corporations and airlines across the globe.

We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to accelerate our expansion and own relationships with key travel industry players.


As a B2B Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in Global Transfers' next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, strategic sales role focused on acquiring and growing long-term partnerships with demand-side travel businesses — ranging from leading OTAs and DMCs to boutique travel agencies and tour operators. You'll be expected to bring both sales execution and market intelligence to the table, helping us refine our value proposition and unlock new market segments.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify, approach, and close high-potential B2B partners (OTAs, DMCs, TMCs, Tour Operators, etc.).

- Drive the full sales cycle together with marketing team: from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and onboarding.

- Collaborate closely with our operations and tech teams to ensure successful integrations and service launch.

- Support the setup of new sales funnels by region and segment.

- Own and report on KPIs: pipeline value, conversion rates, average deal size, and partner revenue impact.


Required skills Hard Skills:


- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;

- Substantial negotiation skills for working with both SMEs and large enterprises;

- Deep understanding of B2B sales metrics;

- Fluent written and spoken English (C1);

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver independently;

- Familiarity with outreach tools (LinkedIn, Apollo.io, etc.);

- Experience in participating in trade fairs and industry events will be a plus.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

- Strong problem-solving skills;

- Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy;

- Startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability;

- Willingness to travel several times per year.
