This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during Brisbane (AEST)

Total Weekly Hours: 15 hours per week

Take charge of a growing e-commerce operation as it scales internationally. In this role, you’ll manage a Shopify-based online store and help shape the company’s digital strategy. You’ll implement best practices in inventory management, sales analysis, and social media engagement. This role combines hands-on management with creative input, giving you the chance to impact global expansion while working with a supportive, growth-focused team.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory management systems within Shopify.

  • Create and implement efficient processes for stock tracking and updates.

  • Generate detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.

  • Design and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Produce engaging content that resonates with international audiences.

  • Monitor and optimize e-commerce operations for maximum efficiency.

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between inventory, sales, and marketing.

  • Implement data-driven improvements to enhance store performance.

  • Ensure accurate product listings and inventory synchronization.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience with the Shopify platform and inventory management systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce sales tracking and analytics tools.

  • Proficient understanding of social media management platforms and best practices.
