Job description

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as IT Specialist.

Compensation:
USD1K - 1.25K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Perú residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in IT support and system administration.
  • You are proficient in AD (Active Directory), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Windows.
  • Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote first- and second-level technical support to staff across the firm.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage and support Windows-based systems, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Operate in a hybrid Azure environment, ensuring secure and reliable access.
  • Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests with clear documentation.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support as needed for critical issues.
Location: Remote.
Type: Full-time.
Schedule: U.S. business hours (with occasional after-hours support).

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent in English.
