Job description

Gravyty is an EdTech SaaS company dedicated to transforming the way institutions engage students, alumni, and donors. As we continue to grow and unify our platform following our recent merger, we’re looking for a driven and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to help shape the stories we tell, fuel go-to-market success, and empower our sales and client-facing teams.

This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS – ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment – who’s passionate about storytelling, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be joining a high-impact product marketing team, working alongside a Technical PMM, Customer Marketing Director, and reporting to the Director of Product Marketing.

This is a fully remote role and can be held by an employee living in the UK, Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging for our alumni and donor engagement products, and play a key role in launching our unified Gravyty platform.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new features and product releases, including messaging, enablement assets, and launch planning.
  • Craft compelling narratives that connect product value to customer outcomes -- across sales decks, one-pagers, emails, and in-product messaging.
  • Partner with customer marketing on awareness campaigns, product updates, and onboarding experiences (e.g., welcome packets).
  • Support competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis alongside your fellow Technical PMM to better inform GTM and product decisions.
  • Enable sales and client success with tools, training, and content that help them convert and retain customers -- from live demos to proposal decks to persona briefs.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, client success, and marketing teams to align messaging, feedback loops, and priorities.

Qualifications:

  • A natural storyteller with a strong sense for positioning and messaging.
  • Proactive and self-starting -- you see opportunities and move fast.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and bringing people together to solve problems.
  • Familiar with or eager to learn about the EdTech space, donor/alumni engagement, and SaaS GTM.
  • Experienced with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Google Suite.
  • Bonus if you’ve used sales enablement platforms like Highspot or Showpad.
  • Extra bonus if you’ve completed or explored the Product Marketing Alliance Core Certification.
