Job description

PandaDoc is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive product and go-to-market strategy for new products and developing new customer audiences. PandaDoc PMMs work across the entire product lifecycle: from helping shape the product based on market and customer insights, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.

Our ideal candidate is a driven and ambitious cross-functional star who can fluidly operate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and teams across the company to guide new products to go-to-market success. This is a US-based, fully remote role reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

In this role, you will:
  • Architect GTM success. You define GTM strategies with clear and measurable goals, work with Product to design and execute our beta programs, partner with our Revenue and Corporate marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption, and enable our Sales teams for commercial success.
  • Be a storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best engage your audience with positioning and narratives that differentiate PandaDoc. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lead with data. You develop insights and pair them with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market.
  • Create standout assets. Your product focused content like blog posts, sales collateral, and landing pages lead our target audiences to understand and adopt our solutions.
  • Organize teams for cross-functional impact. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams across a range of disciplines on track.
About you:
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing with 2+ years in B2B SaaS .
  • An ownership mindset and high agency to take a proactive role in shaping product strategy and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels.
  • Motivation to work collaboratively, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on their projects as needed.
  • A passion for startup culture and rapid change.

The annual base salary range for this position is $115-150k USD
