What You’ll Be Doing:


1. Answer incoming support questions via text using our in-app communication platform (Intercom)
2. Provide appropriate documentation / training videos for our clients to help them solve common
issues
3. If needed, troubleshoot specific customer issues inside of their website and explain the solution.
via text or video.
4. Make it fun! Send emojis and GIFs to customers to make the experience fun and unique.

Requirements

● At least 1 year of customer service experience in BPO set up
● At least 2 years of technical support in BPO set up
● Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
● Ability to work with minimal supervision
● Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
● Self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results and solution-oriented
● Proficiency in online website creation software (Wix, Squarespace, Showit, Weebly, etc)
● You have exceptional organizational skills
● Technology Proficiency- i.e., You are adept with digital tools and platforms, navigating software and technology. Experience with Adobe suite products is a plus!
● Highschool Graduate
