About the Role:
As a BCBA with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients

  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health
