Job description

We are seeking a skilled PBI developer with a strong background in Azure Data Factory (ADF), PySpark, and Databricks.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, transforming complex datasets, and developing insightful Power BI dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, including KPIs and data sources.
  • Perform hands-on data cleaning, standardization, insight generation, and final output creation.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support digital commerce initiatives with actionable data insights.

  • Translate business needs into technically feasible solutions that deliver measurable business value.

  • Apply an iterative, process-oriented design approach to support rapid product development.

  • Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations to provide thought leadership.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), including dynamic parameters, triggers, Integration Runtime, and pipeline debugging.
  • Experience with PySpark, Python, and Azure Databricks (e.g., cluster configuration, working with notebooks).

  • Proficient in SQL (DDL, DML, DQL, joins, and stored procedures).

  • Knowledge of Logic Apps, Synapse tables, and ADLS is a plus.

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to model complex datasets and implement scalable data pipelines.

  • Willingness to experiment and integrate new technologies.

  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in client-facing settings.

  • English B2 or aboveis required.
