Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support our dynamic team in business process automation, process mining, and data-driven decision-making. This role will play a key part in analyzing workflows and identifying automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining documentation, tracking changes, coordinating meetings, and supporting data-driven improvements across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Mining & Business Improvement: Analyze business workflows using process mining techniques to identify inefficiencies, suggest automation opportunities, and improve overall operations.
  • Collaboration with SharePoint Admins: Work closely with SharePoint administrators to support site creation, access permissions, document management, and other SharePoint-related needs.
  • Process Support & Documentation: Work alongside the automation team to track project workflows, document process improvements, and support the adoption of digital transformation tools such as SharePoint workflows and Power Apps.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze trends using process mining insights, and present findings to leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for ongoing automation, SharePoint, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and organize project documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) to ensure clear records of process updates.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project status, capture insights from data analytics, and report findings to leadership.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between business units, SharePoint admins, IT teams, and automation specialists to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ability to analyze workflows using process mining & data analytics to identify inefficiencies.
  • Experience in project support, documentation, or business operations is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining team focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration, process mining tools, and business automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with business process automation concepts.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation, documentation management, or compliance tracking.
