OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Paramount is looking for a Manager of Branded Content to join the CBS Brand Studio team! RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Design, develop and execute custom content & in show integrations within CMV programming and "CBS Mornings" for marketers, media agencies, and brands ranging from Fortune 500 to startups that will best meet their consumers’ needs Win new business with ideas and programs that impress; retain existing business by continuing to innovate and deliver results Craft, pitch and sell meaningful integrations with digital, social, media, PR and promotional elements Balance demands of multiple show properties with aggressive and evolving revenue targets, simultaneously activating executions, partnerships and responding to RFPs Thrive working cross-functionally; interface daily with media sales, production, digital, social, development, research, public relations, communications, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive integrated client campaigns Foster strong, genuine relationships with both internal and external partners to galvanize support for programs Work with marketers to gain a deep understanding of their brand, campaign, objectives, target and messaging Collaborate with show producers to develop strategic creative content that deliver for the brand and delight our audiences Optimize campaigns by educating clients on audiences, creative process, storytelling, talent, production, metrics and trends Measure, interpret, and share results (quantitative, qualitative and anecdotal) to demonstrate standard processes, proven success and impact brands can anticipate BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of pertinent marketing, production, or agency experience ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Thinks creatively & strategically Highly driven & motivated with excellent follow-up Strong interpersonal & communication skills Professional demeanor and knows how to work cross-functionally Client interaction and presentation skills Detail-oriented and great organizational habits Creative problem solver Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Passionate about new and emerging media trends and practices Experience with on air brand integrations a plus CBS Brand Studio is a division of CBS Media Ventures. CMV is part of CBS Entertainment Group and a division of Paramount Global. Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $74,400.00 - 93,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
