Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and effectively resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge continuously.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for exploring a new culture.
