Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments via phone and email

  • Process new client requests and manage follow-up communications
  • Coordinate appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Support practice operations through various administrative tasks
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional phone manner with clear speaking voice
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
  • Healthcare administration experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in standard office software and email management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
