Job Summary

The Sales Enablement & Content Specialist will be responsible for driving the creation, organization, and management of sales content and resources within and between our Seismic enablement platform and Microsoft Team Sites, collaborating closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other stakeholders. This individual will help to streamline processes, improve sales productivity, and ensure our sales teams have access to the right tools and resources when they need them.

Responsibilities and Duties

Microsoft Team Sites Management:

  • Design, build, and manage Microsoft Team Sites to host essential sales resources, tools, and content.
  • Ensure Team Sites are user-friendly, up-to-date, and tailored to the needs of the sales team.
  • Organize and maintain content libraries, including sales playbooks, presentations, case studies, product information, and competitive intelligence.
  • Implement best practices for site structure, navigation, and content categorization to increase efficiency and ease of access.

Sales Content Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all sales materials align with current sales initiatives and company goals.
  • Continuously update and improve content to keep it relevant, ensuring that the sales team has access to the most current information.

Sales Team Support:

  • Work with Director to provide timely support to sales teams, addressing their content and resource needs and ensuring they are equipped with the tools for success.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve and enhance sales enablement initiatives.

Training & Enablement:

  • Drive the transition from current learning platform (Brainshark) to alternate internal platform (LearnUpon) and be able to deliver training sessions to ensure the sales team understands how to use the LearnUpon platform effectively.
  • Managing and maintaining a vast content library of tools and marketing and sales assets  ensuring content is current, relevant, prescriptive, actionable and easily consumed through the best and most appropriate technology
  • Continuously train on best practices in sales and enablement while keeping our processes and materials up to date
  • Assist in the planning and coordination monthly internal/partner webinars including managing logistics, agendas, surveys, speakers, and the overall repeatability of the onboarding experience.
  • Aid in producing weekly internal and partner newsletters, serving as primary point of contact for internal and external team communications, manning key communication channels for the team

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Serve as Administrator and become an expert in managing and reporting on sales tool’s usage, including Microsoft Teams and LMS (LearnUpon) while constantly striving to maintain and improve our processes
  • Work closely with sales leaders to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve overall sales efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of content and tools within the Team Sites.
  • Report on the usage of resources and gather data to refine sales enablement efforts and content strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, content management, or a similar role
  • Strong experience building and managing Microsoft Team Sites (SharePoint experience a plus).
  • Proven track record of working with sales teams, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team player, comfortable proactively engaging colleagues in other departments to build relationships while working remotely, and eager to learn and integrate into Avid’s energetic culture
  • Strong aptitude for technology, including ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with sales analytics and reporting tools to track effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and training platforms (e.g., Seismic, Salesforce, Brainshark, LearnUpon, etc.) a plus
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience in training and onboarding sales teams
