We seek a AI Product Manager Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or clinical experience preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in healthtech, health benefits, or provider space.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. healthcare system, provider workflows, payer-provider dynamics, and value-based care models.
- This role will be focused on building out the next generation Benefits solution so experience with Healthcare Benefits (configuration/retrieval/display) is a must have.
- Proven experience working with AI/ML or data-driven healthcare products.
- Strong user empathy, translating clinical/operational needs into digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital health regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $150,000 + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
