Product Manager

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are the first Native One-Stop Liquidity Protocol on a new and rapidly growing L1, enabling users to participate as liquidity providers or borrowers within the Ecosystem.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a proven track record in product management, design, and strategy. The ideal candidate should have successfully launched DeFi products from conception to market. You will be responsible for driving product vision, identifying strategic opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.
• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
• Understand the company’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
• Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in the following:
• Experience in product management or design.
• Proficiency in working within technical settings, collaborating with diverse teams to shape product strategies, define requirements, and guide projects through key stages.
• Proficient in delivering technical presentations.
• Skilled in analyzing intricate, large-scale datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering varied requirements and transforming them into effective product solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of DeFi products. 3+ years of industry experience in product management or related fields, with engagement in launching at least one innovative DeFi product from conception to market introduction.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly, align diverse stakeholder groups, and demonstrate a strong executive presence.
