Senior Construction Project Manager – Federal/MILCON Focus. Be the Leader Behind High-Impact Federal Infrastructure Projects. Weston is hiring a seasoned Construction Project Manager ready to step into a leadership role overseeing complex, electrical-heavy MILCON projects for DoD and USACE clients. These large-scale efforts demand a manager who can confidently drive scope, schedule, and client relationships while leading dispersed teams to successful execution. If you thrive in a technically complex, fast-paced federal environment and want to own impactful construction programs from pursuit through completion—this is your opportunity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • 10+ years managing Federal/MILCON construction projects (DoD/USACE experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success delivering projects in the $40M+ range, ideally with a strong electrical component
  • Deep knowledge of both fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts
  • Skilled in cost tracking, forecasting, risk mitigation, and reporting
  • Advanced in the use of Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction management tools like RMS and Procore
  • Experience leading field teams and coordinating directly with federal clients
  • Excellent communicator able to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability
  • PMP, CCM, or PE certification highly desirable

  • Lead project delivery for federal clients on complex construction efforts
  • Build and manage high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, maintaining proactive and transparent communication
  • Oversee estimating and proposal development for major federal pursuits
  • Monitor financials, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with company and client requirements
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on the ground
  • Manage subcontractor scopes, costs, and performance.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.

Salary Range: $93,993-$124,333-$154,570
