Key responsibilities:

Developing and Implementing Project Management Approaches: Applying suitable methodologies and tools for efficient project execution.
Creating and Monitoring Project Plans: Developing plans including tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies, followed by monitoring their implementation.
Risk Identification and Management: Evaluating project risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies to achieve project goals.
Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams: Organizing effective collaboration between technical and business teams.
Stakeholder Management: Regularly informing stakeholders about project status, assisting with expectation management, and resolving emerging issues.
Ensuring Transparency: Preparing project status reports, collecting and analyzing key performance metrics.
Conducting Agile Ceremonies and Team Meetings: Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
Change Management: Adapting project plans and tasks according to changing requirements and conditions.
Team Development and Continuous Improvement: Support teams in mastering Agile practices, fostering professional growth, facilitating knowledge exchange, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability to change, and adoption of best practices.

Requirements:

At least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage expectations.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
Proficiency with Jira (and plugins such as EazyBI, Plans, Big Picture) and Confluence.
Understanding of primary project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Proactive mindset, passion for change, and a drive to improve processes and implement meaningful innovations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
Proficiency in English and Russian at an upper-intermediate level (B2+) or higher.

Nice to have:

Experience working in product-focused or gambling/betting companies.
Knowledge of software development technologies.
Professional Agile certifications.
