As a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital member of our Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets. If you are passionate about health, wellness, and longevity, and excited to work in a fast-paced, science-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.

Fluency in Italian and English language written and spoken, is required for this role.

What will you do

Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches.
Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting.
Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with Avea’s premium and science-backed positioning.
Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.
Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.
Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.

What we are looking for

Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.
