Primary Function of Position: The Sales Staffing Coordinator is a key, collaborative partner within Intuitive’ s Sales Recruiting function. This multifunctional role demands a highly motivated, proactive team player who is organized, client-driven, possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work with arge teams. Additionally, this person will need to anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities, leveraging various tools to enhance the team’s effectiveness in process and experience. Essential Job Duties
Support Requisition creation processes for the recruiting and hiring teams, ensuring an efficient process in reviewing and launching requisitions into the approval process
Serve as a candidate experience ambassador, scheduling both interview and field rides for our sales candidates, providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication to
candidates and recruiters throughout the interview process with a focus on delivering a positive, seamless experience.
Oversee and manage the hiring process. Reviewing background checks, managing completing of hiring tasks, monitoring exception reports and completing I-9s among other activities
Track activity metrics including volume and fall out rates for various interview coordination activities which provide insights for continuous process improvement and strategic decision-making.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in human resources or supporting sales or corporate recruiters.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and agility to support shifting priorities
Ability to independently manage and prioritize in a deadline driven environment.
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Workday, Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs.
HS diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
