Job Description

As an AU Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting daily sales follow-ups with leads and prospects to support lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Generate and maintain weekly reports focused on high-priority target prospects.
  • Coordinate and assist with sales-focused marketing activities, including content scheduling for social media and website updates.
  • Identify and track large or repeat clients for follow-up by the CEO and sales leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and/or LMS platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating sales campaigns and client communication workflows.
  • Support internal team communications and scheduling through MS Teams and Office 365 tools.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing supporting Australian clients.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to generate and interpret reports.
  • Ability to relate to or demonstrate familiarity with Australian business culture.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales administration, education, or training sector support.
  • Background in social media coordination or marketing content scheduling.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking and sales pipeline reporting tools.
